AVX tantalum capacitor for military industry

The military tantalum capacitor CWR09, in full compliance with mil-prf-55365/11 standard, has four terminations: solder plating, molten solder plating, dip hot welding and gold plating (the termination of "H" "K", "C" and "B" of these, respectively, is per mil-prf-55365). In addition, molded compounds are selected to meet the requirements (ul94v-0 flame retardant) and to vent NASA requirements sp-r0022a.

The extended range of capacitor ratings exceeds AVX tantalum capacitors - taz-cwr19 series, fully compliant with the mil-prf-55365/11 standard. This series represents the most flexible surface mounting form factor, AVX provides nine sizes (the original one through CWR09 H) and adds a new X size size. Die press mechanism/compatible termination of construction to ensure no trichloroethylene mismatches any substrate. The structure is compatible with a wide range of SMT plate assembly processes, including wave or reflow welding, conductive epoxy resin or compression bonding techniques. Parts are also marked with full polarity capacitance/voltage. Four small size features of their low-key construction, case study, are the world's smallest molded military tantalum chip. The series of products are in line with mil-prf-55365 weber's "B", "C", "D" and "T" levels, with all the proliferating options (" A ", "B" and "C").
