1. Structure of the separator


The structure of the separator consists of 50 tantalum capacitor leakage current acquisition circuit, common amplifier, voltage comparator, digital potentiometer and other parts of the data acquisition circuit, which can be used to complete the batch detection of 50 tantalum capacitor leakage current. The data processing circuit is composed of in-place detection switch, clamping motor, shear stepping motor, keyboard, printer, display and other parts, and the testing, clamping measurement, automatic elimination, statistics, display and printing functions of 50 tantalum capacitors placed on a fixed cardboard strip in sequence are completed under the control of AT89C51.


2. Working principle of the separator

After a period of time after charging time, AT89C51 send 50 selected 1 multi-channel analog switch address scanning signal, quickly complete for 50 tantalum capacitor charging voltage of time-sharing acquisition, amplification and comparison operation, if the tantalum capacitor leakage current exceeds bid, the sampling voltage and reference voltage is provided by the digital potentiometer, voltage comparator output low level, on the other hand, the output high level. After collecting the leakage current signal of 50 tantalum capacitors, the single-chip microcomputer AT89C51 processes the collected data and sends instructions to the stepping motor to drive the shearing manipulator to eliminate the tantalum capacitors with excessive leakage current. When the elimination process is completed, AT89C51 sends instructions to the clamping motor to loosen the cardboard strip, clamping motor and stepping motor reset, so that the sorting process is completed.
