Detailed introduction

ST extends STM32L4 product line and its performance. The latest STM32L4+ series MCU provides superior performance (up to 120 MHz at the highest frequency), larger internal storage (up to 2 MB Flash memory and 640 KB SRAM), richer graphics processing power and connectivity while maintaining the best ultra-low power consumption features.


STM32L4+ series breaks the performance limit of the current ultra-low power consumption field, and can achieve the performance of 150 DMIPS/409 CoreMark by executing in-chip FLASH instructions. Low power applications based on consumer, medical, and industrial applications are in demand thanks to the built-in 640KB SRAM.


STM32L4+ series MCU can adjust the voltage according to the different application requirements of the microprocessor to achieve the dynamic balance of power consumption. This function is suitable for STOP mode low-power peripherals (LP UART, LP timer), security and confidentiality features, a large number of intelligent peripherals, and such as operational amplifier, comparator, LCD, 12-bit DAC and 16-bit ADC (hardware oversampling) and other advanced low-power analog peripherals.


The new STM32L4+ series also has built-in advanced graphics processing functions to facilitate the implementation of wonderful user graphical interface.
