Stmicroelectronics based on ARM ® architecture ™ - M3 STM32 L1 series MCU adopts ST proprietary low leakage process, has the independent innovative dynamic voltage regulating function and 5 kinds of low power consumption mode, provides a unique platform for various application flexibility. STM32 L1 series MCU extends the concept of ultra-low power consumption without sacrificing performance.
Like STM32 L0 and STM8L, STM32 L1 MCU provides dynamic voltage regulation, ultra-low power clock oscillator, LCD interface, comparator, DAC and hardware encryption functions.
In addition to ultra-low power consumption MCU, STM32 L1 series also provides a variety of features, storage capacity and packaging pin number options. This series of MCU provides 32~512KB Flash memory (up to 80KB SDRAM and 16KB real embedded EEPROM) and 48~144 pins, with the characteristics of low power consumption and high performance.
This innovative architecture (voltage regulation, ultra-low power MSI oscillator) enables you to achieve higher performance with a very low power budget for your design. A large number of embedded peripherals, such as USB, LCD interface, operational amplifier, comparator, ADC, DAC, capacitive touch and AES with fast on/off mode, provide an extensible platform for STM32 L1 series MCU to meet all your requirements.
This series of MCU includes 4 different sub-series: STM32L100 super series, STM32L151, STM32L152 (LCD) and STM32L162 (LCD and aes-128).
To simplify the migration steps and provide you with the flexibility you need, STM32 L1 is compatible with different STM32 F series MCU pins, opening the door to the entire STM32 system.
