Detailed introduction

STM8L162 MCU is extended from STM8L ultra-low power consumption series stm8l151/152 products. In addition to the features of stm8l151/152, STM8L162 MCU also contains an encrypted AES unit.

These MCU based on 16 MHz proprietary STM8 kernel, provides up to 64KB Flash program memory, 4KB SRAM and up to 2KB data EEPROM, using 64~80 pin packaging. Simulation features such as 12-bit ADC and DAC, LCD controller, and temperature sensor can be selected.
