An overview of the

The SGM2036 series of low-power, low-voltage differential, CMOS linear stabilizer operates at input voltages ranging from 1.6v to 5.5v and provides output currents up to 300mA. They are ideal for low voltage, low power applications. Low ground current makes this part of the battery-powered system attractive. The SGM2036 series also provides portable electronic products with low voltage differential voltage to extend battery life. A quiet voltage source system, such as RF applications, will benefit from the SGM2036 series with low output noise and high PSRR.

Other features include 10nA logic control off mode, short circuit current limit and thermal shutdown protection.

The SGM2036 has automatic discharge function to discharge VOUT quickly in the off state.

The SGM2036 is green utdfn-1 x 1-4l and sot-23-5 packaging. It works in - 40 ℃ to + 85 ℃ temperature range.
